Here at the Authentic Jerk Pan Company we are proud of our heritage and our signature product; the Jerk Pan Barbecue. After seeing demand grow for jerk pans we have extended our range of jerk pans to include baby jerk pans, BBQs, smokers and large jerk pans to meet all requests. BBQs / Jerk Pans

OK, where to start? BBQs, smokers and jerk pans are definitely our thing. We have been producing these babies for over 19 years now here in the UK and over four years in the Caribbean before that, amassing the knowledge of the ‘Barrel Drum’. The standard BBQ/jerk pan is made from a recycled oil drum.

The process of conversion starts with sterilisation; this is achieved with the cleaning of the interior with a natural organic substance. The barrel is then brought to a heat temperature exceeding 1,000 degrees. We find this not only to be environmentally friendly as we use no chemical in the sterilising process, we also find this method excellent for getting rid of any excess oil particles that may have been present.

What does the pan come complete with?

Our BBQs, jerk pans and smokers come complete with:

What can we offer?

All our products come with a 600-degree heatproof protection inside the BBQ/jerk pan and smokers. The exterior is in a choice of black, blue or green all-weather gloss paint or heat-proof matt black or aluminium paint for that factory-finished appearance.

Have your company logo printed on the face of your BBQ/jerk pan or smoker, or your country’s national flag; just ask for details when you call.

We also provide a restoration service for clients who have BBQs/jerk pans that have seen better days. Over the years we have developed a cleaning process that is totally environmentally friendly which we apply during the restoration process giving the client a remarkable finish to their product. If you require this service please call.

We can also offer a laser cutting service through a third party giving our clients more scope to obtain that unique look, whether promoting your company logo or company name. If you require this service again just ask when you call.

Baby Jerk Pans

We designed the Baby Jerk Pan for clients wanting the jerk experience in their property but do not have a large outdoor space. We obtained a smaller size cylinder from our barrel suppliers and created the Baby Jerk Pan – it’s the same spec as our Mummy Jerk Pan but a whole lot smaller.
